This is for people new to working with Tammy. It's calm start to ease you in and honor your intention. We’ll talk about what you want to explore, and which modalities feel resonant. We’ll discuss what path or journey is best for you and create a personalized plan. You'll prepare your intentions: what you’re hoping to learn, heal, or discover. You'll be asked to complete an intake before this session. You'll receive an energy assessment and tailored treatment to evoke change.
