Virtual Energy Healing + Coaching

Service Description

Tammy will share the rich insights she's acquired through years of spiritual coaching. The goal with these sessions is to give you the tools you need to thrive. Each experience will begin with conversation where your most urgent concern will be explored and discussed. You will learn new life skills and lessons to help you reframe limiting patterns that you can practice and apply in your everyday life. These skills are designed to help develop your understanding of your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual being and relate to yourself in these domains more effectively. These lessons will then be grounded in a guided embodying experience that includes breathing exercises and/or guided meditations which are practices you can continue on your own to reinforce your resilience. We will close your session with a therapeutic Reiki Energy Healing treatment that will help to infuse this learning and experience into your being and empower the utilization of it in your life. The goal is to move closer into living out the fulfillment of your potential.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please give 24-hour advanced notice. If 24-hour advanced notice is not given, you will be charged the full amount of the appointment.
